Preventive maintenance

Preventive maintenance ensures that your business premises retain their value for a long time. Hurks maintenance conducts periodic inspections of all building components. The results are encompassed in a report, which we then use to give you advice about how to remedy any shortcomings. We can process this into a long-term plan, so you have a clear picture of the expected costs. You will always receive a clear offer of the projected work in advance. When you place the order we determine the time at which the work is to be done in consultation with the user of the property.

Changeover maintenance

When there is a changeover of user or tenant the property must often be returned to its original state. For this Hurks maintenance can prepare a reference quality plan or a specific inspection. We ensure the trouble-free leasing of the property, at a predetermined time and at a price fixed in advance.

All calls (faults or complaints) to our service centre are coordinated centrally. Our staff will take care of all the possible follow-up work and warranty obligations. We will consult you or the user of the building to carefully agree a time at which we can remedy the complaint.
